Tiny Town Cabins:

• 1-Bedroom - $1,200.00 per month

Manor Apartments :

• Duplex’s   - $1,300.00 per month
• Studio apartments - $ 500.00 per month 
• Manor RV sites - $900.00 per month 

Fees and Policies: 

• $50.00 fee for a background check which takes 3-5 days to process
• Refundable security deposit equal to rent to be paid upon signing of the lease. This will be refunded by check within 3 weeks of departure
• Dogs are only allowed in select cabins, max weight: 70lbs. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250.00 is also required

• Wi-Fi
• Fully stocked Kitchen or Kitchenette
• King or Queen size beds (Twin bed for Studio Apartment )
• Wood or Gas Burning Fireplace
