Our spacious three-bedroom, 2.5 bath units at Beaver Brook on the River will provide comfortable vacation lodging for the whole family or group of friends... a virtual home-away-from-home. These units, just five minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, are fully furnished with a living room, kitchen and dining room. There is one king master bedroom with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom features one king bed. The third bedroom features one queen bed. All units have a sofa sleeper in the living room, accommodating a total of 6-8 people. Individual units overlook the Big Thompson River and other units overlook Beaver Brook, a seasonal stream that flows out of Rocky Mountain National Park in the spring and early summer. Beaver Brook on the River is one of the few Estes Park lodging properties to offer in-unit, no cost washers and dryers.
